Returns & Refunds
1.All products returned for a refund will incur a 20% restocking/reconditioning fee.
2. All merchandise must be returned in its original box with original packing materials and must be packed in such a manner that it will not incur damages in return transit. Used items may not be returned. Any damages to returned products are the sole responsibility of the customer and such damage claims are between the carrier and customer.
3. Refunds and exchanges will be given within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
4. Custom and Special Orders CANNOT be returned for any reason whatsoever.
5. All refunds issued will be less shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
6. All returns must be approved by Kanar, Inc. before they are returned and must be accompanied by an RMA number.
Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your product(s) and we will assist you with your return.
7. The United States Postal Service CANNOT be used for return shipping. FedEx, UPS or a qualified Freight Carrier must be used after obtaining and getting RMA approval. If the USPS is used as the carrier to return an item, it will be refused and returned to the shipper. Refunds or compensation will NOT be given if policy is not adhered to.
8. All refunds will incur a 3% administrative cancellation fee and may take up to 2 weeks for processing.

If you have a change of heart, you can cancel at any time before your item is dispatched/sent to our delivery partners. Simply contact us and we’ll cancel your order and give you a full refund.
Cancellations made after the dispatch of your item(s) will need to be returned in original packaging at customers cost and a less 20% restocking/reconditioning fee will apply. You will receive a refund of the product (less less 20% restocking/reconditioning fee) once the product has been returned to us. Return delivery is at your cost. We do not accept returns that have been used, or not in its original packaging unless its faulty.
We cannot accept returns of Sale, Clearance or Discontinued items. This is a final sale, so we recommend you carefully preview any products before purchasing.
If you need to return an item because it is faulty or as a result of something we have done wrong, we will not charge you for the return or collection costs.
If, however, you simply change your mind and wish to return and cancel the order after delivery, you will need to arrange delivery to us on your own expense.
For security reasons we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. Refunds will take up to 14 days to process.
Once you’ve placed an order, you won’t be able to make changes to what you have ordered but you will be able to change contact and delivery details if you contact us.
