Website Technical FAQ's

At www.comfortelfurniture.com, we sell direct to salon professionals, businesses and industry professionals in the United States. By signing up for an account, you have access to our trade prices and shopping online.  Go to ‘My Account’ and fill in our registration form.  Once you have been approved and have received your login details via email, you’ll be able to see prices and shop online.

New account applications are reviewed in-person, please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your application.


All purchases must be prepaid. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Certified Bank Checks and Money Orders. Kanar, Inc. also is certified with many different lenders that can provide our customers with many different financing options. COD’s are not accepted. Deposits of 50% at the time of order are accepted, with remaining 50% to be paid within 30 days. Orders will ship no later than 10 business days after full payment is received.

Special order items, as well as items that are not in stock, will require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the balance due prior to delivery or pick up of merchandise. Items that remain in our warehouse must be picked up or shipped within 3 weeks of purchase. Customer will be charged storage fees of no less than $55 per day that item(s) are held in our facilities.

After special orders are in production, the customer is fully responsible for paying the balance. If the order is cancelled, it will result in total forfeiture of deposit. Custom orders cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

All returned checks will be charged an additional $35 plus all bank and services charges.

We stock a large inventory in the United States, so you can be assured that you will receive your items as quickly as possible.

Almost all items will ship within 24 – 48 hours of purchase from our modern 100,000 sq. ft facility located in Carlstadt, NJ.

We exercise great caution in trying to avoid errors in pricing and product information. If such mistakes occur, we reserve the right to correct them. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel your order before delivery and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs are charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’. Please note in the event that an item is added to the cart for a value of $0 or $1 and the order is placed, this is an error and the order will not be honoured.
